My personal and professional journey led me to discover the transformative power of coaching, and I wish I discovered it sooner! In my times of overwhelm and growth while working to improve homelessness systems, being coached gave me incredible clarity, confidence in my decisions and how I managed my energy, and a powerful surety and boldness in my actions that left me peaceful in tough situations and professional and personal growth, avoiding the overthinking and inaction that could have ensued.
It is a joy to use coaching as a tool with leaders in demanding, high-stakes helping professions to support their growth, cultivate space to rest and dream big, and support leaders in achieving high impact in their field.

In my career as a consultant, I dedicated 18 years to supporting communities in addressing homelessness and the lack of affordable housing. My journey has been one of highs and lows, while leading nonprofits, collaborating with communities, and starting and growing businesses.
Along the way, I've embraced a broad spectrum of life's experiences, from profound peace in the face of extreme hardships to the joys and challenges of parenting while leading in the helping fields where I was responsible for improving lives, systems, and communities. I proudly honor the ethics, competencies, and standards of excellence espoused by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an ICF certified coach.

I cherish maintaining a multi-faceted life marked with the beauty of multi-generational and multi-ethnic communities. The tragic deaths of my 17 year old brother, my 20 year old nephew, and two teenage strangers have taught me so much, including the urgency to live life fully each day and the gift of deeper life lessons.
Raising four human beings while working at a non-profit and then launching a consulting business has given way to the season of enjoying life's adventures with them, their significant others, and their children. My faith guides me and provides strength and hope in the midst of challenges, joy, and adversity.
